Biography
Chiara Maria Salzano is a doctoral researcher in Medical Biotechnologies and Translational Medicine at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. Her research develops predictive control methods for focused ultrasound, including real-time cavitation monitoring during blood–brain barrier opening and the evaluation of ultrasound contrast agents.
She holds a master's degree in Bioinformatics from Tor Vergata and trained in biotechnology and human-centred artificial intelligence at the University of Naples Federico II. Her earlier work at the Regina Elena National Cancer Institute contributed to a registry of somatic variants for molecular oncology.
