The project develops a publicly available Brainstem Navigator toolkit to locate small brainstem nuclei automatically in conventional patient MRI scans. The toolkit will be applied to data from the Parkinson’s Progression Markers Initiative to derive markers of prodromal Parkinson’s disease.
