Biography

Anastasija is a PhD student in the Medical Physics section at Tor Vergata University. Originally from Latvia, she holds a BSc and an MSc by Research in Neuroscience from the University of Bristol and has experience in cellular and molecular neuroscience, as well as cancer research at the University of Latvia.

Her current research focuses on applying therapeutic ultrasound and remote neuromodulation with magnetic nanomaterials to treat brain diseases
